Each of our facilities has a designated site manager and an extensive team of managers, along with specialist teaching and care staff. Our key personnel have wide experience and knowledge in working with children, young people and adults who have a variety of specific needs.

Supervision & Training

We believe that our people are our most important asset. Our ability to deliver an outstanding service is closely linked to the motivation, knowledge and skills of our staff team. We place great emphasis on their supervision, training and development. 

The level of training we provide internally and externally enables our staff to undertake their duties in a way that improves the quality of life of each individual in our care.
